As a home inspector, you must complete 30 continuing education units in the 24 months prior to your certification expiration date, which is based of your date of licensure. These classes may come from any combination of the approved subject areas below.
The total number of hours required is thirty (30) CE hours for each two-year licensing period..
Course Reporting
Courses are not automatically reported by the provider (PacePDH.com). When you receive your certification renewal notice from the Oregon CCB, complete the renewal form and submit copies of your course completion certificates. Detailed instructions for renewal are included with the renewal form you will receive from Oregon CCB.
