South Dakota Renewal

Licensees are required to attain 16 hours of continuing education (a minimum of 8 code hours) due by the time you send in your renewal or by June 30, 2024 whichever is sooner.

Please note that only eight hours are allowed to be interactive online courses.

Note on Completion Certificates: Please do not contact the Commission inquiring on how many education hours you have at this time. The Commission began keeping track of continuing education hours July 1, 2023, but will not require you to report all continuing education hours until July 1, 2024.
