Pennsylvania Administative Code 37.111.a Continuing Education Requirements

  1. During each biennial renewal period, a licensee shall complete 24 PDH units of continuing education.
  2. A licensee who holds more than one license from the Board shall complete the required amount of continuing education to renew each license.

Pennsylvania Administative Code 37.111.g Continuing Education Record Maintenance and Verification

  1. Pursuant to Section 4.5(f) of the Engineer, Land Surveyor and Geologist Registration Law (Act), it is necessary for each licensed professional engineer, land surveyor or geologist to maintain a log documenting the type of continuing professional competency activity claimed for PDH.
  2. Each licensee shall maintain records verifying completion of continuing education for 5 years after completion of the activity.
