Instructor Bio
Megan Parker
Megan is an ICF-certified Executive Coach specializing in business and leadership development. Her company, Epoch Coaching & Consulting, delivers individual coaching and team development sessions, in addition to frequent workshops and presentations at industry conferences.
Prior to starting her company, Megan was the Director of Coaching at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. She spent over 5 years learning the academics of business to complement her 20 years of experience and academic credentials, which include a B.A. from Iowa State University and M.Ed. from Arizona State University.
Megan continues to create course and presentation content for various industry fields for large corporate teams, universities, and small businesses.
