Communication is the sales professional's most critical skill. It is also the skill by which others evaluate him. There are many types of communication that a sales professional must master. In this one hour module, we will share just a few ideas on the common elements of effective communication, how to structure different forms of communication, and provide some tools to help you develop your communication skills. In this module we will explore the essential elements of communication. By no means is this exploration comprehensive, but it does provide an overview and a starting point for further study.
At the conclusion of this module you will have a good understanding of the common elements of communication including research; planning; organization; structure; writing; editing; delivery; and practice.
You will learn about the types of communication that you can use to obtain the desired results. These are:
