Nevada Administrative Code NAC 625.430.1 Continuing Education Requirements

  1. Licensee who applies for the renewal of his or her license, must submit proof deemed acceptable by the Board that he or she has completed at least 30 professional development hours (PDHs) within the biennial renewal period.
  2. Your license must be renewed biennially, every two years. License renewal dates are based on the first letter of your last name, on the schedule below:
    - A thru E - Jan 1 of odd years, online renewal period opens November
    - F thru K - Jul 1 of odd years, online renewal period opens May 1
    - L thru R - Jan 1 of even years, online renewal period opens November 1
    - S thru Z - Jul 1 of even years, online renewal period opens May 1

Nevada Administrative Code NAC 625.480 Continuing Education Record Maintenance and Verification

  1. Proof of the completion of professional development hours must be accompanied by a form prescribed by the Board for submission with such proof.
  2. A licensee shall retain, for at least 3 years, a copy of the completed Professional Development Hours Activity Report form submitted to the Board and the proof that he or she completed the professional development hours.
