New Hampshire Continuing Education Requirements
New Hampshire Adminstrative Rule Arch 100-500 PART Arch 403.01.c Continuing Education Requirements
- Each licensee shall obtain at least 12 units of continuing education each year, consisting of 8 units in the areas of health, safety and welfare (HSW) and 4 units of sustainable design as a condition of biennial license renewal.
- If a licensee exceeds the requirement, a maximum of 12 continuing education units may be carried forward into the subsequent renewal period.
New Hampshire Adminstrative Rule Arch 100-500 PART Arch 403.04.c Continuing Education Record Maintenance and Verification
- Each person shall be responsible for maintaining evidence of his or her continuing education units and shall submit such evidence of continuing education units to the board biennially upon renewal of his or her license.
- The licensee shall retain attendance verification records for a period of at least 4 years.
